As promised, we did have the Napolean Artichoke from My Girlfriend's Kitchen for dinner tonight. It had a mild flavor and the vegetables were kind of bland. I probably should have added more salt and pepper. I don't think I would make it again, except I have another

one in the freezer. And... to make sure we are prepared for the next two nights, I've already started marinating the london broil in the cracked pepper and garlic sauce.
**By edit, I'd like to add that yes, we really do eat dinner sitting on the couch most nights. I had my daughter in my lap nursing and daddy wanted to be near us. :)

I stumbled upon your blog and think this is great! I too tend to stockpile and have to figure out creative ways to use ingredients I have so that my conscience doesn't weigh on me for doing even more shopping. Good luck and I look forward to reading about your adventures.
I am glad you found me... I like to browse around blog land often myself. If you ever have any ideas, feel free to share. I am sure as things go further along I will be posting an ingedient list and asking for help!
Thank you for visiting my blog.
I don't use the Fiestaware everyday...partly b/c they take up too much room in my dishwasher and partly b/c I am a little afraid of them getting broken.
I would love to have multi-colored Fiestaware... My MIL started buying me the scarlet - so I just stayed with that color.
